Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about a team building at Scooter-te-huur.be

You need at least an AM or B driver's licence and must be 18 or older. No experience needed — our 50cc scooters are very easy to ride. A short briefing before departure makes sure everyone feels confident right away.
No problem — everyone can join. Each scooter fits 2 people, so anyone who'd rather not ride can sit behind a colleague. Riding with a passenger does require a bit more attention and is not advised for completely inexperienced riders. We charge €10 extra per passenger.
In case of officially bad weather (as determined by the Belgian RMI), you can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge. Full conditions are shown during booking.
The half-day route is about 55 km and takes around 2h30 at a relaxed pace. The full-day route is 85 km, ridden at an easy pace with plenty of time for stops and lunch.
All team buildings start from our location at in Holsbeek. We welcome your team with coffee, give the briefing and have the scooters ready.
Third-party liability insurance is always included. The optional additional insurance (€25 per scooter) covers damage you cause to the scooter — your own liability is capped at €100.
You can book up to 24 hours before departure. Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours in advance. For larger groups, we recommend booking well ahead to guarantee enough scooters.
